Born in Binghamton, NY to Gerald A. Babcock and Dolores M. Ingram, both preceding her in death as well as her husband and partner in crime, Johnny E. Poling Sr. in 2019, several brother and sister in laws and friends.
She is survived by her caregivers, son Brandon Neyens who lived with her in Shenandoah, VA; daughter, Lisa Weaver & Mike of West Virginia and daughter, Julia Bailey, husband, Tommie Bailey and grandson, Dakota Bailey of Shenandoah, VA; also surviving are, son Jon Neyens and daughter, AmyRose Haddix of Philippi, WV and their spouses. Several grandchildren and great grandchildren and friends who took the time to visit, which brought her great joy and filled her heart with love in her final year. Leona Weaver, a loving sister in law, of WV and a special longtime friend, Jon R. Hodge of WI.
After graduating from Fairmont State College in ‘83, she spent 35 years in various health care fields then moved on to Public Relations at Massanutten Resort until retirement in 2019.
