Wanda Jo Jones

Wanda married John C. Jones on January 31, 1970 and was blessed with two beautiful children. She is survived by husband John C. Jones of the home, Tammy and Edward Wood, and Terry and Jessica Jones of Shawnee. Six grandchildren Amanda and Mychal Wood, Anthony Ramiez of Shawnee; Ryan, Matthew, and Gabrielle Jones of Rio Rancho, NM. Brothers Elliott Leitka Jr. and wife Jane, of Okmulgee, Eugene Leitka of Albuquerque, NM. Sisters Sarah and husband Beaver Ward of Shawnee, Loretta and husband Milton Denny, of Glenpool, Betty Passah, of Oklahoma City, and numerous nieces and nephews. Adopted children Ben and Elsie Little, of Shawnee.

Preceded in death by her parents Rev. Elliott and Cora Leitka, sisters Betty Jo Leitka, Lila Sue Leitka, and Ruthie Ann Burgess.

Wake services will be at Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel Shawnee, OK onThursday December 15th, at 6:00pm to 8:00pm. Funeral services will be held at Sallateeska Baptist Church Shawnee, OK, on Friday December 16th, at 10:00am. Officiating will be Rev. Ben Little, Rev. Eddie Lindsey, and Rev. Jimmy Anderson. Burial will be at Johnson Family Cemetery.
