Longtime Shawnee resident, Percy Charles “Chuck” Muzny, 61, passed away on Saturday, July 25, 2015. He was born April 25, 1954 in Shawnee, Oklahoma to Larry and Mildred LaDonna (Shaw) Muzny. Chuck graduated from Shawnee High School in 1972. He was mechanically inclined and worked as a millwright for most of his life. Chuck enjoyed working in his yard and going to the casino. Chuck had a great love of animals, from dogs and cats to snakes and rats. He was a quiet and humble man who was dearly loved and will be greatly missed.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Mildred LaDonna James; brother, Larry Don Muzny; nephew, Justin Ian King; and grandparents, Percy and Daisy Shaw.
Those left to cherish their memories are his children, Steven Charles Muzny and Sara Denise VanWinkle and husband Ronnie; grandchildren, Lindsi, Shelbi, Issac, Andie, Destiny, and Spencer; father, Larry Muzny; siblings, Gaylinn King of the home, and Mike Muzny and wife Pam; nephews, Logan King, Zack Muzny, and Josh Muzny.
