Geraldine enjoyed working in her yard, growing flowers and watching all kinds of birds. In August 1989, she and her husband Van Outlaw, were very pleased to receive the yard of the month award. She loved her family, church family, and visiting on the phone and in her home.
She was employed at the Sylvania plant in Shawnee, then the Wrangler Blue Bell garment factory in Seminole and Prague as an inspector until she retired. During World War II she worked as a Rosie Riveter at Douglas Aircraft Plant in Midwest City, Oklahoma.
Geraldine was preceded in death by her husband Noah Vandiver (Van) Outlaw and her son Roy Van Outlaw. She is survived by daughter Barbara Vanlandingham, and son-in-law Burl Vanlandingham and daughter-in-law Margaret, and by many Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, Great Great Grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
A private family graveside service was held.
