Doris was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed gardening, crocheting and traveling with her husband, Jack. Doris also loved animals.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband of 66 years, Jack Hurst; daughter, Tammy McDonald and husband Mike; grandson, Bradley Straughan and wife Lauren; great grandchildren: Leon, Ragnar, and Sapphire; special niece, Diane Hill; and uncle Sunny Hines.
She was preceded in death by her parents and 3 brothers.
A graveside service will be held 11:00 AM, Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at Resthaven Memorial Park.
