William Harold Bland

Mr. Bland was born in Brunswick County on January 10, 1943 and was the son of the late William Gus Bland and Mae Ola Bennett Bland. He was preceded in death by a grandchild, Jackson Bland and his wife Gloria Russ Bland. He owned and operated Harold’s TV Sales and Service for over twenty years. He attended Asbury Methodist Church of Shallotte.

He is survived by two sons, Chris Bland and wife Georgia of Shallotte and Greg Bland and wife Amy of Boiling Spring Lakes; five grandchildren, Caroline Bland, Charlotte Bland, Dylan Bland, Kody Bland and Kayce Bland; a sister, Marie Long of Thomasboro.

Graveside funeral services will be held Saturday March 29, 2025 at three o’clock in the afternoon at Brunswick Memorial Gardens, Highway 17 Shallotte with Pastor Judy Jeremias officiating.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be directed to Lower Cape Fear Life Care, 1414 Physicians Drive, Wilmington, N.C. 28401.
