Stephanie Jean Harden

Stephanie was born January 18, 1972 in Robeson County, daughter of Sandra Wilburn Harden and the late Jerry Carl Harden. Before her illness, Stephanie enjoyed spending most of her time hanging out with friends at the beach.

You could always catch Stephanie with a Mt. Dew in hand. She was very family oriented, and would always brag about being a mom and grandma. She had a great sense of humor. She loved to watch her television shows, Big Bang Theory, Mike and Molly, That 70’s show, King of the hill, Bob’s burgers, and Little House on the Prairie. When she wasn’t watching television, you could find her jamming out to some good ol’ Christian music.

Survivors include her mother, Sandra Harden of Ocean Isle Beach; children, Daniel Ward and wife Corvan of Longs, SC, Kara Lewis Vanderburg and husband Collin of Shallotte, and Corrine Ward of Shallotte; brothers, Steve Harden and wife Crystal of Shallotte, Mark Harden of Ocean Isle Beach, and Scott Harden and wife Victoria of Ocean Isle Beach; sisters, Suzanne Walkoviak of Ocean Isle Beach and Janella Harden Woods, and husband Jerry of Ocean Isle Beach; grandson, Kyle Ward; and her fat cat Georgie.

A memorial service will be held Thursday, August 26, 2021 at 11:30 AM at Harvest Fellowship, 438 Gray Bridge Road, Shallotte, North Carolina.
