Ruth Lynn Mincey

Ruth was born January 26, 1924 in Birmingham, Alabama, daughter of the late Alton Fred Floyd and Maude Parrish Floyd. She worked for many years as a bookkeeper. Ruth and her husband R.B. were founding members of Bonaparte Baptist Church where she was very active and worked on various committees.

Survivors include her husband Russell "R.B." Mincey of the home; two children, Ray Eugene Stanford of Texas and Joyce Mas of Florida; four grandchildren, Bonnie Maines, R.J. Stanford, Toni Morales, and John Mas; three great grandchildren, Tim Maines, Nya Mas, and Michael Maines; and numerous nieces, nephews, and many many friends who will miss her dearly.

A Celebration of Life will be Sunday, March 26, 2023 at two o'clock in the afternoon at Bonaparte Baptist Church.
