Rebecca Hughes Sigmon, 76, of Shallotte passed away Saturday, December 21, 2019 at New Hanover Regional Medical Center.
Mrs. Sigmon was born October 21, 1943 in Banner Elk, the youngest child of the late Earl Hughes and Ina Mae Osborne Hughes. She had a huge heart and loved her friends and family dearly. She was preceded in death by a son, Brian Sigmon and siblings; Jimmy Hughes, Jeanette Farthing, Gene Hughes.
Survivors include her son, Kent Sigmon and wife Pebbles of Shallotte; her siblings, Dan Hughes of Tennesse, Louie Hughes of Flordia, and Rachel Hull of Tennessee
