Mary was born January 7, 1956 in Kentucky, daughter of the late James Earl Craig and Esther Bolson Woolums. She worked as a front desk clerk at Farm Bureau in Southport and also as a coordinator for Medicaid Transportation for many years. Her favorite pastime was visiting Disney World as much as possible with her family. Even being an introvert, once she allowed you into her life, she loved you with all her heart. She enjoyed listening to music and could always find a song lyric to fit whatever was happening in your life. She loved to read especially Stephen King novels. Being at home with her family and pets always brought her joy. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband in 2015, Joseph Michael "Big Mike" Williams, her brother, Jimmy Craig and sister, Judy Craig Penn.
Survivors include her children, Jessica Sapp and husband Tom of Atkinson, North Carolina and Craig Williams and wife Lindsey of Delco, North Carolina; brothers, John Craig and wife Darlene of Kentucky and Drew Craig and wife Paula of California; four grandchildren, Caroline, Brantlee, Layne, and Archer; and many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
