Evelyn "Nanny" M. Fulford

She was born in Brunswick County on March 17, 1933 the daughter of the late Henry McCall and Naomie Simmons, also preceded in death by a brother, Brady Warren Phelps, Jr.

Surviving are her husband of 68 years, Otis N. Fulford of the home; a sister, Hilda Hewett of Supply, NC her children, Enola Gay Fulford of Walterboro, SC, Skiggy Davis and husband, Rick of Manassas, VA, Gary Fulford and wife, Phyllis of Johns Island, SC, Rosa Thomas and husband, Kenny of Summerville, SC and Otis D. Fulford and wife, Julie also of Johns Island, SC; nine grandchildren, Tim Davis, Ty Davis, Amy Sanders, Lil Gary Fulford (deceased), Beth Whaley, Kenny (Bubba) Thomas, Andrea Driggers, Allison Fulford and Gary Fulford, III; nine great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 in the afternoon on Saturday May 27, 2017 at White Funeral and Cremation Service Shallotte Chapel by Reverend Otis D. Fulford officiating. Interment will follow in Oak Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive family and friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be: Ty Davis, Kenny “Bubba” Thomas, Omar Sanders, Jr., Adam Fulford, Willie Fulford and Brandon Jorgensen.
