Cecile Evans Fulford

Cecile Evans Fulford, age 90, of Shallotte, North Carolina passed away on Friday, September 3, 2021. Cecile was born December 9, 1930 in Brunswick County and was the daughter of the late John Daniel Evans and Bessie Holden Evans. She was preceded in death by her husband Willie Marvin Fulford Sr. She was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church. Mrs. Fulford worked as a day care worker for thirty five years.

She is survived by two children, Dub Fulford (Yolanda) of Shallotte and Brenda Robinson (Jimmy) of Shallotte; four grandchildren, Willie Fulford (Jessie), Adam Fulford (Crystal), Cale Fulford and Harrison Sweat (Selena); two great grandchildren, Amber Priester (Dillon) and Adam Fulford Jr.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday September 7, 2021 at three o'clock in the afternoon at Oak Grove Baptist Church with Reverend Kenny Locklear officiating. Burial will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Monday evening from six o'clock until eight o'clock at White Funeral and Cremation Service, 3660 Express Dr., Shallotte.

Pallbearers will be Adam Fulford Jr., Dillon Priester, Gene Kinlaw, Harrison Sweat, Marvin Long, Otis Fulford.

Honorary pallbearers will be Winky Evans, Etheridge Hewett, Don Simmons, Bobby Tucker.

Services at the church will be shared live via Facebook begining at three o'clock on Tuesday at White Funeral and Cremation Service Shallotte Chapel Facebook Page.
