Billy Bland

Mr. Bland was born January 12, 1940 in Brunswick County, son of the late Ernest and Annie Belle Inman Bland. He was a warm and caring man who loved the Lord. He was a great Daddy and Papa to his family.

Survivors include his sons, Billy Joseph Bland and wife Courtney of Longwood, Abraham Bland and wife April of Ash, and John Hope Bland and wife Mary of Ash; mother of his children, Sherrill Bland Woods of Ash; sisters, Rosa Lee Young of Longwood, Juanita Sharp of Longwood, Kever Tatum of Pireway, and Pearl Todd of Longwood; and eight grandchildren.

Graveside services will be at eleven o’clock in the morning Saturday, January 18, 2020 at the Bland Section of McKeithan Cemetery in Longwood.

The family will receive friends from five until seven o’clock in the evening on Friday, January 17, 2020 at White Funeral and Cremation Service, 3660 Express Drive, Shallotte, North Carolina.
