Gatti, William J. "Bill", 94, of St. Petersburg, FL and formerly of Philadelphia, PA, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, December 11, 2010. He passed away at home surrounded by his loving family. Bill was born October 7, 1916 in Walston, PA to Domonic L. and Vincinzina J. (Belsetio) Gatti and moved to later in years to St. Petersburg, FL in 1992.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Catherine, in 2003.
Bill is survived by his children, Teresa M. Lofgren of St. Petersburg, FL and William Gatti Jr of Colorado Springs, CO; 11 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
Visitation held 9:30 a.m. Thursday, December 16, 2010 until service time at 11:00 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Bill's name to: Silver Saints at Suncoast Cathedral.
