Raised in Seminole, Florida, his childhood consisted of sandlot football, baseball at Faith Presbyterian Church, and receiving high marks on his report card despite the "unsatisfactory in conduct" remarks for talking too much in class.
After graduating from Seminole High School in 1975 and University of South Florida, he went on to have a successful career with IBM and T3 in sales before retiring in the family home that he helped build.
Thomas was an avid golfer and enjoyed his time fishing. He was a very involved member in "Save the Tides", and vacationing in the Blue Ridge Mountain area in Georgia.
He is preceded in death by his brother, John Noonan. Thomas is survived by many friends, his significant other, Trish Weil and their 3.5 pound Chihuahua named Doodles.
A memorial mass for Thomas will be held Friday, November 6, 2020 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 11565 66th Avenue N, Seminole, Florida 33772. He will be laid to rest at Calvary Catholic Cemetery with his brother, John.
