Richard Emile Arcand

He is survived by his wife, Joan, four children, Patricia, Richard, Mary-Brigid, Margaret, and three grandchildren.

He worked for Raytheon Co and lived for many years in Chelmsford, MA. He served in WWII and in the Korean War and retired from the Navy, earning the rank of Lt Commander. During retirement he was an active member of the Korean War Veterans Association in St. Petersburg, FL.
