Dorothy A Gilbert

Dorothy was born to Mary Mildred and Charles Daniel Hubbard Sr. in Memphis Tennessee June 16, 1944. She married Zonnith Lee Gilbert in 1963 and moved to Florida in 1968 with their two sons, Michael L, Gilbert and David A. Gilbert. They have two grandchildren, Joshua A. Gilbert and Alicia Gilbert and one great grandson, Hunter A. Gilbert.

Dorothy was an active member of Pinellas Park community over the years.She served in the Rotary Club, Pinellas Park T- birds, Football Team, Soccer and all her sons sporting events.Dorothy was owner, administrator, and teacher at the school she founded, Children's Christian Academy. She loved being with children and especially loved Christmas and spending holidays with friends an family.

Dorothy was preceded in death by both her parents, her son Michael, and granddaughter Alicia. She is survived by her husband Zonni, son David, grandson Joshua, all of Pinellas Park FI, her great grandson Hunter, her sister, Nancy Jo, and husband Vernon Palmer of Knoxville, Tennessee, her brother, Charles (Chuck) Daniel Hubbard and his wife Victoria and family, Cohutta, Georgia.

She is loved and will be missed by many.
