PALMA, Anthony M. “Tony”, 72, of High Point, North Carolina, and formerly of Seminole, Florida, passed away Friday, July 31, 2015 at Hospice of the Piedmont in High Point. He was born May 3, 1943 in Queens, New York, the son of Michael and Frances (Maccarone) Palma.
Tony was a Navy Veteran of Viet Nam and was former owner and operator of Capa Deli, Capa Pork, and Capa Central in Largo, Florida. He later worked as a tool specialist for Home Depot.
He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Rosemarie; daughters, Kristi Palma and Gina Marie Holland and her husband, Daniel; a brother, Al Palma and his wife, Barbara; a sister, Maryjean Scano, four loving grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation held 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Sunday, August 9, 2015 at Garden Sanctuary Funeral Home, where funeral services and Military Honors will be 11:30 a.m. Monday, August 10, 2015. Interment will follow at Garden Sanctuary Cemetery.
