Anthony J. "Speed" Angello, 58, of Largo, FL, passed away on May 28, 2012. Speed was born July 8, 1953 in Buffalo, NY and moved to Seminole, FL in 1955 from Ohio. Before retirement, he was a contracting officer with Bay Pines Veterans Administration. He was a veteran of the US Air Force serving in the Vietnam Era. He enjoyed fishing, boating and riding motorcycles. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and brother. Speed was preceded in death by his parents, Jasper Anthony and Anna Jeanette (Turpin) Angello, brother in law, Robert Burmeister and nieces, Riley and Taylor Young. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Janice; children, Christina Maria Angello and Anthony Joseph Angello, Jr.; grandchildren, Caleb Angello, Kaelee Angello, Anthony Joseph Angello, III and Amelia Grace Angello who will be born any day; brother, Jay Angello; sisters Patricia Van Leuvan, Jeanette Burmeister and Beverly Young. .In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the National Marrow Donor Program’s “Be a Match Foundation”, 3001 Broadway Street N.E., Suite 601, Minneapolis, MN 55413 to support patients with leukemia and other blood disorders.
