94, of Springwood II in Pinellas Park, Florida, passed away May 30, 2016. She was born June 5, 1921 in Norristown, Pennsylvania, the daughter of Walter and Mary Slavick. She moved to Florida in 1993 from Pocono Lake, Pennsylvania. Ann was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Pinellas Park.
She is survived by her loving husband, Jack; sons, John David Haas, Kenneth Haas, Thomas Haas, and Charles Gallagher; a daughter, Kathleen Berkelbach and her husband Bill; 5 grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
