She was born in Brooklyn, NY, the daughter of William and Elizabeth “Rounds” Cordes. Anita moved to Marco Island, FL in 1972, to Nokomis, FL in 1992, and to Pinellas County, FL in 2002. She was an avid tennis player, a member of the US Tennis Association, and a former line judge.
She is survived by daughters, Barbara Boger and Susan Johnson, and her husband, Dean; a son, Robert Boger, Jr.; sisters, Elizabeth Sweeney and Harriet Raskopf, and grandchildren, Devin Hultgren and Megan and Whitney Johnson.
