Maureen Marshall, age 77, of Toms River passed away on Tuesday, November 8, 2022. Maureen was born to the late James and Marion Brower in Jersey City, NJ, lived in Secaucus and then in Washington Township for 21 years before moving to Toms River 2 years ago. She was a Mutual Clerk for the Meadowlands Racetrack for 15 years before retiring in 1990 and also on the Board of The OctoberWoman Foundation for Breast Cancer Research.
Maureen is survived by her loving husband of 60 years Jack Marshall; Her Son, Ron and his wife Stephenie; Grandchildren, Katie Marshall, Melissa Marshall, and Ryan Marshall; Brothers & Sisters, James Brower and his wife Gloria, Edward Brower and his wife Gayle, Robert Brower and his wife Deborah, Joseph Brower and his wife Judi, Joanie Brower, Doris Petrie and her husband Greg, and Linda Regensburg; as well as many loving Aunts, Nieces, Nephews, Extended Family, and Friends. Maureen was pre- deceased by her Brother Richard Brower.
A visitation for Maureen will be held on Sunday, November 13, 2022 from 1 to 5PM at Mack Memorial Home, 1245 Paterson Plank Road, Secaucus, NJ 07094. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Monday at 9:30am at The Immaculate Conception R.C. Church Paterson Plank Rd. Secaucus, NJ followed by her entombment at Holy Cross Mausoleum, on Ridge Rd. in North Arlington, NJ. In Lieu of Flowers donations may be made to The October Woman Foundation for Breast Cancer Research and/or The Wounded Warrior Project in her honor.
