Grace June Aiello

Grace June Aiello, age 93, of North Bergen, NJ passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Thursday, September 28, 2023. Grace was born in Nyack, NY on June 29, 1930 and then spent most of her life in Jersey City, NJ and Dingman’s Ferry, PA. Grace was devoted to the field of Education. She was a teacher of Mathematics for many years and later retired from East Orange Board of Education as a Supervisor of Mathematics.

Grace was predeceased by her loving husband, Ralph Aiello; her parents Armond and Grace DuPont; her siblings Armond DuPont, Joan Skinner, Patricia DuPont, and Lois Lippes. Grace is survived by her devoted daughter, Karen Sasso as well as her loving grandchildren, Johnny and Kristen Sasso; and her brother, Roger DuPont.

A visitation for Grace will be held Tuesday, October 3, 2023 from 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM at Leber Funeral Home, 2000 Kennedy Blvd, Union City, NJ 07087. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in Grace’s name to Harbour View Senior Living
