Bernice M. Gizzi

Born in Jersey City, NJ to Theresa (nee Salterelli) and Angelo De Santo.

Bernice was predeceased by her brothers Nicholas and Michael De Santo, and her uncle the Most Reverend Bishop Michael Salterelli. She is survived by her beloved sons Marc Anthony and Brian Phillip Michael Gizzi; cherished grandchildren Briana Marie Gizzi and William Joseph Seaman; and adored nephew Michael and nieces Janet and Christine De Santo. She also leaves behind many close first cousins, and friends who she was blessed to have in her life.

She was a devout Catholic, and parishioner of Immaculate Conception Church in Secaucus, NJ. She was the kindest, most unselfish, self-giving woman, and was deeply loved by so many. She lived life her way, and was at peace when she passed.

A visitation for Bernice will be held Friday, March 3, from 4:00 to 8:00PM at Mack Memorial Home, 1245 Paterson Plank Rd., Secaucus, NJ. A funeral mass will be held Saturday, March 4, from 9:30 to 10:30AM at Immaculate Conception Church, 1219 Paterson Plank Rd., Secaucus, NJ. Burial to follow at Hillside Cemetery, Lyndhurst, NJ.
