Bill was born in 1948 in The Bronx New York. Bill was the first born to Bill & Marge Florio soon to be joined by his sister Laura. Bill loved to get into trouble with the neighborhood kids and usually got caught by his Aunt Rhoda, Uncle Danny or Grandma who all lived in the neighborhood too. Bill met Sally Micklewright after his family moved to Toms River New Jersey. They were married in 1968 and had 2 daughters; Jessica and Sarah. Bill & Sally divorced in 1977 but remained in each other's lives. Bill was a smart and creative man, who unfortunately was in and out of trouble for many years while living in New Jersey.
Bill moved to Seattle Washington in 2003 to be closer to his daughters. Bill lived a quiet life on Capitol Hill in Seattle with his pet cockatiels. Bill passed peacefully on April 20, 2020 after fighting kidney and heart diseases.
