On Sunday February 13, 2022 Tom Warren Parker loving husband, dad, and grandpa passed away at the age of 52 after two and half years of courageously fighting pancreatic cancer. Tom was born to Norm and Barbara Parker November 12th, 1969.
After graduating high school Tom went on to follow in his dad's footsteps working alongside him for over 30 years at their family owned business Ballard Automotive Repair. Tom would later go on to owning and operating "The Shop" until it's closure in 2019.
On August 12th, 1994 he married his love Heather (Sanders) Parker together they lovingly raised their son Ryan Parker.
Tom had a love of the outdoors from spending time camping with family and friends, boating, day trips to the woods scouting out new places to camp, to spending time on the river with his dogs, and off roading in his younger years. He had a passion for BBQ always trying to perfect his brisket (which by the way didn't need it). Tom was gifted with the natural ability to fix anything. Not only was he an excellent auto technician he could fix anything you threw at him. His love of Christmas was infectious more often than not going above and beyond getting into the holiday season. Tom is known for his deep love of family and tradition, his beautiful blue eyes and smile, his sense of humor, laid back personality, his strength and courage, and his kind, compassionate, generous spirit.
Tom was preceded in death by his Father Norm Parker, Mother Barbara Parker and his son Shane Parker. He is survived by his wife Heather, son Ryan and Amy Parker granddaughter Adaline, brother's and sister's several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Special Thanks to Dr. Zhen and his entire staff at Seattle Cancer Care Alliance for their exceptional and compassionate care of Tom.
