Thai was the oldest of six children who arrived to America during the Vietnam War in 1975. He attended Trinity Catholic School, graduated from Gonzaga Preparatory High School and achieved a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Management System from Washington State University (Go Cougs!) to which he currently was working at Salesforce.
Thai's love of adventure has built the person he became, a fun-loving, hilarious and generous soul. These adventures have brought him happy memories, at times getting him into trouble, but he always manages to learn and grow from each and every experience. He can connect with anybody, any age, any social economic class. He had respect for everybody as long as they were human. Throughout his life, Thai has met and maintained long friendships who are still with us today, some since childhood years, colleagues from work, neighbors and associates. Thai treasured his family above all. He was taken too early and will be very missed.
He is survived by his wife, Bounmy, children, Tyler (17), Elaina (16), Alex (14), his mother, Ly, sister, Loan Kim (Son), Sister, Bich Phuong (David), brother, Hoang (Rosa), brother, Long (Suyun), brother, Hai Joe (Holly), and nieces and nephews: Ember, Skyler, Jared, Christian, Trinity, Alexis, Christopher, Anthony, Eloisa, Jaden, Selene, Connor, Hailey, and Joseph. He is also survived by four uncles, four aunts, and cousins, and second cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father, Luan Van Nguyen, his grandmothers, Trieu Xuan and Hua, his cousins, Thong Nguyen, Mai Nguyen, and Mariaraphaella.
