Su Wan Y. Chen
April 11, 1938 – August 14, 2016
IN THE CARE OF
Su Wan was born in Taipei, Taiwan to You Leun and Yua Li Yang on April 11, 1938.
She came to the United States where she attended college at Washington State University and received a Master's Degree in Biology.
Most of her adult life she worked in the medical field in the area of research.
In 1967, Su Wan and Ching-Hong Chen were married and they lived happily together for 30 years before his passing in 1997. Su Wan also suffered a significant loss when her only son. Sung Wei Chen passed away in 2014.
Despite these losses, Su Wan enjoyed her extended family which was comprised of one sister; hen-Chen Yang Hsaio and 4 brothers; Kung Wei Yang, Kung Chi Yang, Kung Hsi Yang and Kung Choung Yang.
She will be missed by all who knew her and called her friend.
