Rose Morgan passed away just shy of her 96th birthday after a good long life. Born on 11/20/1924 from parents who immigrated from Italy and Hungary. Rose spent her early years in Montana before becoming a teacher and moving to Seattle and then to Bellevue. In her 20's she met Jim Morgan, the love of her life for 67 years. Rose went on to teach at Woodridge elementary school and was involved with ADK sorority. Her love of travel led her and Jim to six different continents.
Very important to Rose was her family and faith. Survived by her husband Jim Morgan, daughters Marcia LeVeque (Scott) and Michelle Robinson (Bill) and grandchildren Kristi, Julie and Karl. We all have wonderful memories of special family times at the Whidbey Island house that Rose was instrumental in building.
Our family wishes to thank The Gardens/Terrace for their support and care. Rose volunteered with St. Vincent de Paul and those wishing to make a donation can support St. Vincent de Paul or children's charity of their choice.
