Robert LeRoy Chambers, passed away, March 10, 2024, at the age of 85, in Graham, WA. He was born in Ely, Nevada. The second son of Edith and Denton Chambers. He was preceded in death by his elder brother, Denton, his sister, Nancy and both parents. He is survived by his wife, Judy, of 55 years. 6 children: Robert Chambers, Scott (Darlene) Chambers, Rebecca (Nathan) Cornwall, Colleen (Robrick) Smith, Sarah (Josh) Rew, Benjamin Chambers. 12 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
He was a lifelong member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. He served as a missionary for the Church in Germany. Robert attended Brigham Young University. He also served in the United States Army.
Funeral Services will be held at the Graham West (6901 224th St E, Spanaway) Building of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Friday March 22, 2024 at 11am-with a viewing at 10:00am.
Internment will be held at Tahoma National Cemetery
