Richard E. Smith, age 90, of Brier, Washington passed away on Monday, May 1, 2023. Dick was born in Brewster, Washington on May 10, 1932 to Frederick and Dolores Smith. DIck served in the U.S. Military before embarking on a career as an aircraft mechanic.
Dick had a great sense of humor, and loved to be in his shop. He was a charter member of Figure Eight Auto Racers and enjoyed the competition, he loved hunting, fishing, gardening and being outdoors He is survived by many friends and family members who will miss him dearly.
A celebration of life for Dick will be held Saturday, June 24, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, 3215 Larch Way, Lynnwood, WA 98036. Please join the family for a potluck at the shop after the celebration.
