Patricia Lou Willey, 80, passed away peacefully in Edmonds, Washington on June 20, 2018. She was born in Seattle, Washington on September 5, 1937. She enjoyed a long career with Pac NW Bell, and retired early in 1993. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband Robert of almost 50 years.
