Nelsie Joanne McLeod

Nelsie Joanne McLeod, age 81, of Edmonds, Washington passed away on Friday July 26, 2019. Nelsie was born August 25, 1937 in Seattle, Washington to Nils & Thora Persson. She enjoyed a career as an Elementary School Teacher for the Edmonds School District. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband Roderick in 2009. She is survived by her three children, Scott Cameron McLeod (Janet), David Neil McLeod, and Kathi McLeod Kuebler (Darrin); five grandchildren, Mackenzie, Jack, Emma, Logan and Lena; a sister and brother, Ruth (Richard) and Don (Vicky); six nieces and nephews, Phyllis (Ken), Bruce (Linda), Lisa (Jim), Kristi (Paul), Craig (Andrea), and Kelli (Jeremy); as well as many other friends and family members.
