Marlene Joan (Bryant) Johnston, age 88, of Lynnwood, Washington passed away on Wednesday, October 30, 2024. She was born on February 24, 1936 in Spokane, WA to Joseph and Irene Bryant, and was the youngest child, with 7 older brothers, three of whom passed away before she was born. Marlene was second in state as a high school tennis player, bowled 299 once, and loved to play card games. After her high school graduation, she married Vernon Charles Johnston on November 18, 1955. Marlene is survived by her 4 children (Patty, Kevin, Janet, Neil), 15 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Memorial Services will be November 8th at 10:30am at Evergreen-Washelli Cemetery in Seattle and 1pm at New Hope Christian Church in South Everett.
