She was born May 2, 1929 to Henry and Minnie Hanson. Marion was a graduate of Ballard High School in 1947. She was an active member of the James D. Lowman Children’s Orthopedic Hospital Guild for over 60 years.
Marion was preceded in death by her husband William R. Turner and her son, Jerry.
She is survived by her son Wayne Turner and daughter Sharon (Peter) Turner Peterson. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; William, Jeff, Trisha, Matthew, Corey, Kristen and Carrie as well as 3 great grandsons.
Many loving extended family members and friends will also miss her dearly.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, Dec 4 at 11:00 am at Acacia Funeral Home in Seattle.
