Rovic was born on March 24, 2005 in the Philippines surrounded by her loving parents Roberto and Marivic. Then in 2007 at 2 years old Rovic moved to Seattle, a place that she called home and became a caring older sister and best friend to Luize in 2008.
Rovic was brave and wanted to try everything and anything, at times with some hesitation, but she always went after what she wanted. She auditioned and starred in plays at Briarcrest Elementary School and was in many recitals playing on her viola. Rovic also, ran for school Senator at Kellogg Middle School in 2017 at 12 years old and held her spot proudly, she even tried out and made it on to the Football team being 1 of only 3 girls, as a linebacker who wasn’t afraid of anyone.
Rovic’s life was colorful and adventurous, a lot like her, she got to experience the world around her and see the sights of Hong Kong, Canada, Hawaii and even ate her way through Oregon. She got to be a kid and experience different county fairs, animals, different foods and she also tried all different kinds of sports. She loved fashion, hair, makeup, and clothes, especially shoes. At 13 years old the mall was the place she would always be.
Rovic was confident and she carried herself well. She was a girl that everyone wanted to be around because of her bright positive youthful energy. She was selfless, always helping others, especially Luize. Their sisterly bond was truly unbreakable and heartwarming by how they loved and cared for each other.
Rovic was genuine, clever and smart. She used her words wisely and constantly reminded everyone “everything will be ok” with those words to live by, we invite everyone to hold that simple saying during this time.
Her 14 years of life were memorable, filled with love, smiles and lots of laughter and we would love for that to live on. We all have one another today and we want to live life with a piece of Rovic’s kindness, courage and heart every day.
