Lou Leaves behind his beloved wife of 66 years, Lorraine Kahn; three daughters, Kathy Johnson & husband Kris of Lynnwood, Diana Kahn of Seattle and Debbie Frink & husband James of Arlington; grandchildren, Melanie Kent, Ruthie Smith, Nickie Rosling, Bill Rosling, Christopher Glenn, Jamie Harrison and Joanie Pierce; great-grandchildren, Sarah Smith, Nicholas, Summer & Jeffrey Booher, Billy Rosling, Brandon Dupraw, Kylie Glenn, Jason Rosling and a sister-in-law, Bonnie Bonnickson. Lou was preceded in death by his parents, Adolf & Mathilde Kahn, sister, Erna Kahn and a brother Jacob Kahn all of Darmstadt Germany and a brother, George Kahn of Florida.
Lou was employed with Warner Brothers Pictures for 29 years and retired as Branch Manager of the Seattle office in 1976. He was a member of the IATC Film Workers Union. He came to America from Germany in 1939, having survived a month long incarceration at Buchenwald Concentration Camp during the Nazi regime. In 1944 he legally became a proud citizen of the United States of America.
Lou was an exceptionally hard worker, never missing a day on the job. He was a loving and dedicated husband and father and will be deeply missed by all.
