Loren O. Wahl passed away in Seattle on November 29, 2014 at age 95. Loren was born June 15, 1919 in McClusky, ND. He met his wife, Ruth, in North Dakota and they were married for 71 years before she passed away in 2012. Loren received a BS from Lewis and Clark College and a B.Div./M.Div. degree from Western Conservative Baptist Seminary in Portland, OR. He later received a Th.M. degree from the same Seminary. He pastored at churches in Cherry Grove, OR, Wishek, ND and Seattle, WA. He also supported his family through carpentry and as a real estate agent. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and bowling. He was preceded in death by his parents, Daniel and Sophia Wahl, his wife, Ruth, his daughter, Laurelee Robinson, and brothers, Harold, Delmar and Alan and a grandson. Loren is survived by his sons, Larry (Sharon) and Lyle (Anita) Wahl, a brother, Robert (Fran) Wahl, 9 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and multiple nieces and nephews.
