Linda Pearl spent her childhood in San Francisco, California, where she graduated from Washington High School in 1970. She moved to Seattle to attend the University of Washington and stayed to start her family.
Linda enjoyed a rewarding career initially as a travel agent and later in sales, where her bubbly personality won many happy clients and customers while selling kitchen wares and gifts. She was an enthusiastic advocate for cancer research and fundraising, having survived ovarian cancer herself in 1982. Linda was an accomplished golfer, an active member of the North Seattle Rock and Mineral Club, a supporter of the arts, and a lover of mayonnaise. Extraordinary experiences in her life include getting picked up hitch hiking by Janice Joplin, and beating Joe DiMaggio at a round of golf. Her dedication to her children, friends, and community were unrivaled.
Linda is survived by her two children, Amy and Alex. She had six beloved grandchildren, Jayden, Rylee, Skylar, Max, Cora, and Ellee. She also leaves behind her brother Louis.
Linda is predeceased by her parents, Melton Pearl, and Helen Pearl, as well as her brothers Jeffery, and Stephen.
