Letha Maxine Rhea passed away on June 16, 2016 in Seattle, Washington at the age of 95. She is survived by her 3 children, Ruby (Tim) Conlan, Judy (James) Foelkl, and John Downing; 8 grandchildren, Brian Bazik, Joshua Foelkl, Michael Downing, Chad Downing, Todd Downing, Eric Downing, Katie Downing and Evanna Foelkl; Also survived by 7 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild and a step-brother, Roy Frantz. She was preceded in death by her parents, Horace and Sarah Winkler, her husband, Darrell Downing, her son, Clifford Downing, 4 siblings, Ruby Hite, Clyde Winkler, Willis Winkler and Waneta Frantz. Visitation will be from 11 AM – 1 PM on Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at Yarington’s Funeral Home, with Funeral Service to follow at 1 PM. She will have a private burial at Riverton Crest Cemetery.
