Laurajean “Jeannie” was born on November 24, 1933 to Fred Burton and Mary Edith (Thomas) English, and passed away on June 5, 2013 after a life well-lived. In 1952 Jeannie graduated from Lincoln High School in Seattle, and began her career as a bookkeeper and secretary at Northern Life Insurance Company. Jeannie is survived by her loving husband of 59 years, Wallace N.C. Stoudt, of Lynnwood; Daughters: Christi Henley (Dale) of Whidbey Island; and Jeanette Stoudt of Everett, and her son, Fred Stoudt (Elaine) of Edmonds; and 4 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Jeannie will be remembered by her “superpower” of making everyone feel better after even a short conversation.
