Joe was born in Seattle and graduated from Bothell High School. He worked as a groundskeeper at Wayne Golf Course for more than 30 years. His passions were playing golf, fishing and scuba diving. He kept busy during his wheelchair days by working jigsaw puzzles, making applesauce, and preparing meals for Sack Lunch.
Joe is survived by his sisters Kathleen Mellinger and Joan Bassen, both of Winthrop, and his brothers Glen, of Kenmore, and John (Sandy) of Mt. Vernon. Also surviving are nieces and nephews. Preceding him in death are his parents, Lawrence and Mary McMullen Rollman, and his brothers Gerald, and James, his twin.
Funeral services for Joe will be on Tuesday, June 11, at 11 AM at St. John Vianney Church, 12600 84th Ave. NE, Kirkland. A reception will follow. Interment will be at will be at Holyrood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers consider a donation to the MS Society or the St. Vincent DePaul Society at St. John Vianney Church.
