Jacob Scrimo Hong, 23, passed away in Seattle, Washington on May 2, 2018. He was born in Bellevue, Washington on January 5, 1995. He enjoyed work as a chef at Joey's Bellevue, and was a dearly beloved. Jacob was an amazing young man who was recently promoted at his job. He is very active within his church family, and spent much of his time at the gym and working out and being fit. Jacob had hopes and plans of joining the firefighting team, or working in personal training and physical therapy. He loved working with kids and was a former camper and then Camp Counselor for 4H Camp Cornet, and often tributes those days as his best days ever. His friends describe him as extremely generous and always inclusive, even when others are not. He has been a positive impact on the lives of so many with his friendly, honest and giving nature.He is survived by his parents Nicole & Darryl Hong, his little sister Lilliana, as well as many other Family Members and Friends.
