He was born in Valley City, ND on October 24, 1915.
He was married to Darlene Nelsen on August 13, 1946.
Henry worked mostly in the Aerospace industry at Boeing as a test electrician for 34 years. For 15 years he was a professional musician and performed both in North Dakota and Seattle. He also worked at the shipyards in Seattle for 3 years as an electrician.
He had a passion for gardening, playing music, traveling and attending sports events.
He was survived by his son, Ronald Hendrickson, daughter-in-law Debbie Hendrickson and 3 grandsons; Brandon, Corey and Kyle Hendrickson.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm, on Wednesday, January 4, 2012 at the Boulevard Park Presbyterian Church. In lieu of flowers, if you would like to make a donation instead to the Alzheimer’s Association. You can do this on their website at http://www.alz.org.
