Ethel Stewart passed away peacefully Thursday, November 6, 2014. She was 82 and had suffered from Alzheimer’s disease in recent years.
Ethel was born in Lynn Massachusetts; she was a long time resident of Washington State and considered this to be her home. She married Robert Stewart in 1953. Together they raised two children and encouraged them to appreciate the beauty of the world and the value of family. Even in her declining years, Ethel continued to be a wellspring of courage, love, and devotion.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her two brothers Edgar and Donald.
She is survived by her devoted husband Robert (Bob) Stewart (Wandering Creek) of 61 years and their two children Debi and her husband Jim Hall of Newcastle WA, Robert (Bob) Stewart and his wife Kim of Mill Creek WA.
