And here’s another gem from the good old days of sticky albums! Denise looking as fabulous as ever. We were all young and full of dreams back then, wearing glasses for fun, I guess! It makes me smile to think of all the adventures we’ve had since and the exciting ones yet to come.

I came across this photo of Denise when we were all so young. This photo of Denise is enchanting. It captures her radiant spirit and innocent joy so beautifully. She was undeniably stylish, always ahead of her time.

Ms. Denise and I have known each other for 24 years. We started working together in the same unit 8 years ago. We also spent time together outside work at our friend Cheryl’s house for drinks and karaoke.
Denise and I had very similar sense of humor and could razz each other without hurt feelings. We laughed a lot and we worked closely together problem solving. Her knowledge of the job was invaluable. I could count on her help whenever I needed it and I was always available to help her too. 
She always sent me a kitty picture every morning when she started her shift. I’ve kept her emails and texts. When I need a laugh I will open one up and follow the exchange between us 🥰 I miss her so much. Many of her co-workers do as well because she was so helpful to anyone that needed it. I hope she’s surrounded with many cats and knows how much she was loved and appreciated 💜💜

I have known Denise for 34 years.  She was an amazing friend and always made me laugh.  I cannot come up with one specific thing to talk about because there are just so many fun, crazy, ridiculously hilarious memories that overwhelm me to think about.  

Her love for her family was always a priority, her crazy cats 🐈‍⬛ were always a blessing for her and her endless stories about how she saw things in daily life in such a unique way never failed to entertain. 

I am going to miss her quirky personality,  her texting me at 2 am with some nutty photo and her laugh that always made me laugh.  

Love you crazy lady!!!  You will me missed.

This is such a heartbreaking loss. There are no words to explain the pain when someone so young dies so unexpectedly.  

My heart aches for the loss of my sweet cousin. I remember her as the "youngest" of my "D" cousins... always wanting to join in the fun with her older siblings. Cherished memories from a family filled with love.

My husband and I send heartfelt condolences to her family, and pray that God's peace be with all of you at this difficult time.

Denise’s father has an identical twin. It wasn’t uncommon for both of the families  the enjoy holidays together. Most of my memories of Denise were when we were children at play.

Although I didn't get to work with Ms. Denise very long, she went out of her way to make me feel at ease and welcome.   I so enjoyed sharing our love of cats and sharing fur baby stories.   I will continue to think of her daily, and smile.  May all the kitties beyond the Rainbow Bridge welcome her with open paws.
