Dale Howard Rees, 53, of Burien, Washington, passed away September 6, 2015. He was born in Seattle, Washington at Harborview Hospital on July 24, 1962. Dale graduated from Mt. Rainer High School and received degrees from Green River College. Dale worked with a company that did environmental cleanup relating to oil spills. He was baptized at Glendale Lutheran Church in Burien in 1966. Dale had a passion for poetry, enjoyed composing poems, and playing the guitar and harmonica with friends. In his younger years, he was a member of the West Seattle Teen Twirlers club and traveled to California for the square dancing conventions. He also loved spending time outdoors. He is survived by: mother Wanda Mongar and an older brother and sister. A private ceremony will be held.
