Cynthia F. de Leon, 63, of Seattle, Washington, passed away on January 29, 2015. She was born in Manila, Philippines on January 5, 1952. Cynthia graduated from Juan Sumulong High School and received a Medical Technologist degree from Far Eastern University. She was married to Glory O. de Leon on January 7, 1978. Cynthia worked as a medical technologist for the University of Washington Medical Center. She had a passion for spending time with her family and helping others. She was survived by two children, Kristine de Leon and Frederick de Leon, two grandchildren, Miko de Leon and Xavier de Leon and two sisters, Teresita Evangelista and Chona Rapp. A Memorial Service will be 12 PM on Saturday, February 7, 2015 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 6701
