Celeste Louise Smith

Celeste Louise Smith, a gifted vocalist and writer, passed away on May 23rd, 2015 in Palo Alto, surrounded by life-long friends. She was born in Seattle on November 6th, 1949 to Louise and Thor Smith. She attended the Convent of the Sacred Heart in Menlo Park, California and graduated from Palo Alto High School. Celeste was a long-time member and past president of the Woman's Century Club in Seattle, Washington. Her greatest joy was mentoring other women with breast cancer at Seattle Cancer Care Alliance. The service will be held at Acacia Memorial Park, 14951 Bothell Way NE, Seattle, Washington 98155, on Wednesday, July 29th, at 2:00 pm. A time of continued sharing and fellowship will be held at a reception following services in Acacia Funeral Home’s Garden Room.
