Cathy, along with her twin brother, Chris, was born on October 1st, 1968 in Seattle, Washington. She was one of seven children born to Paul and Charlotte Weber. She raised a son, Bradley, as a single mother, later married Steve Freeman, and lived in Renton with her husband and grandson, Christopher, until the time of her death.
Prior to her lung disease diagnosis, Cathy worked as a business manager and salesperson while taking classes at Shoreline Community College toward an Allied Health degree. She enjoyed bargain hunting, spending time with friends and family, and eventually found a passion for painting. She was known for her quick wit, tenacious spirit, and fierce love and commitment to those closest to her.
Cathy was preceded in death by her twin brother, Chris. She is survived by her mother, Charlotte, her father, Paul, her husband, Steve, her son, Brad, her grandson, Christopher, and her siblings, Deborah, Diane, David, Pam, and Julie, and their spouses, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held in her honor on August 7th, 2021 at 3 pm at Bothell Landing River Park. For those who need to park close to the gathering location with a short walk and handicap parking, please go to Main Street in Bothell, turn right on 102nd, cross over the bridge, and turn right into the parking lot.
